Business Head - Recruitment (8-20 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Client Management (From requirements to payments).

2. Coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.

3. Build and maintain rapport with New & Existing clients.

4. Interacting with the different business lines and gathering the requirements and explaining and distributing the same within the team.

5. Industry mapping for the clients and identifying the target companies.

6. Create brand awareness for the business.

7. Planning the targets of the team and action plan.

8. Motivating the team to achieve their targets.

9. Performance Evaluation of Team Members

10. Negotiate salaries with candidates on the behalf of the team.

11. Managing the P&L for the team and assigned cluster.

12. Identify high-potential team members and groom him/her as 2nd line and later groom 2nd line team members to become future leaders.

13. Be accountable for identifying the training need, analysis and delivery of training to the recruitment team on various operational aspects and recommend management to allocate monthly training calendars accordingly.

14. Preparing & maintaining MIS of work for review with management.

15. Other activities prescribed by Management.
