Description :
- Manage end to end sales, product, disbursement and business delivery for Home Loans business
- Responsible for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency
- Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance - topline (revenues), bottom line (costs and margins) and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve revenue targets basis the AOP. This will require review calls and guidance to the sales team
- Set up strong process flow, monitor and amend periodically.
- Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale
- Build a solid performance led culture within the Ops team with focus on delivering transactions
- Hire & Manage a large Sales Operations process with over 500 people
- Business Skills to succeed in the role.
- Business strategy experience or business consulting exp.
Profile :
- Experience 18 years. (14 yrs. for tier 1 college pass out)
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
- Target Industry: BFSI, Fintech, Insurance, Start-ups, Media, Consulting
- Should have business P&L responsibility or co-founder or CBO for minimum 4 years.
- Knowledge of digital process and product development is a must
- Strong business acumen, leadership & interpersonal skills
