Business Head - PropTech

Vertical Head :

- The incumbent will be required to lead the entire transaction unit for one of the fastest growing categories in the real estate sector

- Own P&L responsibility to drive the transaction business across cities in India and will have city managers across cities reporting into him.

- Work with Product & marketing team and ensure all demand channels - organic/ inorganic/ BTL /ATL are firing will enough and there is enough demand to achieve desired number of transactions

- Build & manage a large team (100 + people) across geographies and scale the business nationally

- Drive sector/vertical transactions across cities and ensure that Lead-to-conversion ratio is best-in-class in the Industry

- Work with Product and build a scalable platform which supports high conversion rates and has checks & balances to prevent leakages in the system

- Responsible for optimizing Cost per conversion by creating the right team structure, having right incentive structure in place and also working on technology interventions to drive transactions online.

Skills & Qualification :

- MBA from Tier 1 B-school with 12-15 years of experience in Sales & BD - startup experience will be an advantage

- Must have demonstrated lead a large team of people and driving a sizable business via the team

- Experience of running a transaction led business is a plus

- Has demonstrated high Analytical skills & is known to make data-driven decisions
