Business Head - Power Generation - Diversified Group

Degree in Electrical Engineering.

He should have over 25 years of experience of which, 5 years should be as the as the Over all In-charge of a Power generation facility with Natural Gas and Diesel fired engines and 11 KVA transmission system. We are looking for a techno-commercial profile with long term outlook to be a part of our group leadership. He is expected to lead the groups small size power business with a turnover of 5.5 Million US$ per annum. The basic deliverables include an uninterrupted power supply to one major external customer and a few group companies. African/Nigerian experience will be an added advantage.

- End to end leadership of Power business

- Deliver Customer KPIs as per agreed parameters.

- Timely preventive maintenance to ensure Zero unplanned downtime.

- No NC under Quality Policy Safety & Environment Policy & ISO 9001-2008..

- Accountable for the overall operations of Plant & machinery including plant equipment Maintenance & health, stores & purchase activities.

- Drive excellent housekeeping in the plant and good housekeeping becomes a habit.

- To ensure adequate training is imparted to the local staff so that their skills remain updated.

- Ensure Immigration requirement is complied with.

- Handle all HR/IR matters for Expats as well as local staff with support from functional support at Unit & Group level.
