Business Head - P&L - Transportation (10-15 yrs)

Our client is a first mover & market leader in office commute. It is founded by alumni of IIT, ISB and funded by Tier-I VC firms. With over 100 clients, 40% of which are fortune companies and a highly energetic, enthusiastic & creative team of 400+, our client has become a formidable force to reckon with in the employee transportation space.
The company has grown by leaps and bounds over the last ten year and is now looking to move aggressively into newer terrains. They are currently looking for a City Head P&L who will be a key force to take the organizational growth to the next orbit.
The incumbent is expected to :
- Lead the P& for the Business Unit
- Lead role in generating end-customer demand
- Define pricing and marketing strategy
- Drive product and technology initiatives
- Ensure operations delivery
What we are looking for :
- Understand business in entirety and align Sales, Finance & Operations
- Carry a mix of Consulting & Project Management, Business Development & Operations background
- Hands-on attitude to get things done (vs. directing others on what to do)
- Tier I institutes (Engineering degree preferred along with an MBA) background with 10-15 years experience
