Hiring Business Head for a leading comoany in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing a team in the business operations/sales function

- Suggesting and implementing the process innovation/improvement and integrating this with existing setup

- Look into the data and find business insight to improve the productivity of team

- Working cohesively with top management and a team of equally talented and passionate IIT/IIM colleagues

Desired Profile:

Qualification: BTech from IIT colleges - 2013/ 2014 batch passouts only

Sales experience is must
