Job Responsibilities: - Ensure customer centricity and through the same builds the business of Fertility - P&L of Fertility services of Cloudnine through Sure Fertility across all business units - Accountable for people, operations, finance and marketing initiatives - Works through matrix structure with the corporate heads for delivery of business services - To take up and execute expansions, projects including but not restricting to doctors, staffing, hand-holding and installing of the centre management - Makes presentation to the board of directors as and when required - Keeps the stake holders informed regularly - Take up any other task required by the role
