Business Head - P&L - BFSI (11-20 yrs)
Job Role & Responsibility :
1). Head the MFI Loans business (Secured & un-Secured Loans).
2). Achieve long term & short-term goals for Product Development as well as Services.
3). Thorough and in-depth understanding of customer needs, identify new opportunities and markets.
4). Must be hands on with execution of the business on ground-level.
5). Should be able to create schemes and products by maintaining up to date information and prevailing trends in the micro finance lending market
6). Strong sales and marketing skills along with ability to network and forge alliances.
7). Responsible for build network and work at grass root levels to build the business.
8). Build business funnel through effective market strategy.
9). Complete P&L responsibility.
10). Should be able to build an operational process for the whole vertical.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1). Min 15 years of experience in the Micro Finance Lending.- Female Preferred
2). Must have work experience in both NBFC and Banks (Especially on the eastern side of the market).
3). Prior Work-Experience in small bank will be preferred.
4). Must have good end-to-end product and process understanding of various MFI products.
5). Must have a sound knowledge and expertise on the viability and profitability of various lending products.
6) Should have prior experience in building and managing large teams.
7). Should be willing to work for a start-up and take accountability of P&L of the entire business vertical.
