We are currently retained by a leading name in the Logistics space for hiring a Business Head for the B2C vertical.

The Business Head for their B2C vertical will be responsible for:

- Revenue generation from strategic accounts and B2C Vertical through development, retention of existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities.

- Providing strategic Sales support across channels and functional stakeholders to provide sufficient focus to the B2C vertical.

- Responsible for ensuring proper technological interventions to digitize and tech enable all operations.

Responsibilities will include:

Sales & Revenue Management

- Present Sales dashboards to evaluate performance vs. key performance indicators.

- Ensure achievement of targets for new business growth

- Work with the Operations group to Identify improvement opportunities, aimed at improving bottom line profits and service levels.

- Establishment of sales activity measures to drive business performance and monitor performance.

- Working with Global & Country product, pricing & Communications team define & refine product positioning.

Customer Centricity:

- Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a - personal service- .

- Act as the customers- main point of contact, by liasing closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.

- Management of the business relationship with key customers as well as large internal customers

Channel Management

- Work closely with Channel Heads- in developing the business, maximizing revenue opportunity & provide feedback on product improvement & service performance.

- Build and implement Sales Plans

Operational

- Ensure that all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are closed well.

- Meet regularly with the Marketing and Sales management to evaluate the personal sales plan/strategy so as to ensure that the required revenue and shipment results can be achieved.

- Build great relationship with the relevant support departments to ensure they are kept up to date with all issues relating to customers.

To fit the bill:

- You must have 12-15 years of experience in a similar industry

- You must have handled P&L for a B2C market with a large focus on sales and revenue generation

- You must be customer centric

- You must be tech savvy to introduce new tech interventions
