Cross-functional teams reporting to this leader - (Ops, Product, Category, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Insight & Technology).

From FMCG Landscape :

- NKAM of Ecommerce (Handling Personal Care portfolio)

- Category Head / Brand / Marketing Professional (Handling Personal Care portfolio)

From Ecommerce Landscape :

- D2C company (Handling Personal Care portfolio)

- Marketplace (Handling Personal Care portfolio)

Key Brief :

P&L : To head the P&L for the Beauty business and develop & lead the business strategy to establish a strong online presence (D2C and Marketplace).

- Develop and lead strategy, forecast business and sales revenue (D2C & Marketplaces).

- Owned the charter of existing & launching new brands.

Business planning : Developing a short-term and long-term plan for business growth and working with management stakeholders on a regular basis on the state of key business metrics and initiatives to achieve the vision.

- Ensure a strong foundation for the Go-To-Market strategy of the company and oversee its evolution with launch of new products.

- Responsible for planning & driving the annual operating plan (AOP) by analysing the trends, market size, growth rates & traffic data.

Innovation & Brand Building : Driving continuous process improvement and automation across beauty business to accelerate growth.

- Responsible for identifying customer needs, growing selection across sub-categories and brands, managing brand partners, and getting support for marketing campaigns.

- Strategies the brand marketing plans, events, campaigns & offers that drive traffic & conversion.

- Designing strategy with focus on improving the Customer Experience (CX), Supply & Price Competitiveness for the Beauty category.

- Lead all aspects of the business : assortment, planning, merchandising, category marketing, sourcing, business strategy, alliances, promotions and account management
