Business Head - Organization Development - Education (20-30 yrs)

1) Qualification: Post Graduate/ Engineer with an MBA.

2) Industry Experience: A Minimum industry experience of 20 years is a must.

3) A person who has compulsorily lead business from an OD perspective and should be well versed in Human Psychology.

4) The primary role is to have a good network and be able to manage and get business for the organization.

5) Their secondary role is to lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programmes and initiatives for the development of the group's culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.

6) Their role is to conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programmes to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the Organization.

7) They must have experience in strategy and change formulation, implementation, evaluation, restructuring, redundancy & experience in Change management.

8) Excellent written, oral communication and advocacy skills, organizational skills in relation to budgetary and resource management.

9) Performing internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.

10) Track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organizational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.

11) To conduct current and ongoing strategic assessments of business-wide training and development programs and initiatives.

12) Other Responsibilities are to create and execute learning strategies and programs, to evaluate individual and organizational development needs, to implement various learning methods companywide, to design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings, to assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities, to help managers develop their team members through career pathing, to track budgets and negotiate contracts and finally to hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists.
