Business Head - Organic Food Products (2-5 yrs)

The Organic Food Products Venture is expanding in Metro Cities with presence in Delhi-NCR, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The venture is supported by early stage investment firm 'Imaginitiate Ventures', an seed investment firm promoted by IIMA alumnus. The business aims to scale up to 50 major cities in India and initial traction is encouraging. It offers huge upside in the next 24-36 months.


Qualification: B.Tech. From premier college is must. MBA from a top 15 rank institute will be desirable but not necessary.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Person should be able to work in unstructured environment with lot of freedom to create structures.


2. Exploring Sales & Distribution channels and creating systems for growth in sales volume


3. Implementing product strategies by understanding the market and consumer behaviour.


4. Engaging with existing and potential investors for fund raise and expanding operations


5. Handpicking the team (3-4 people) who can be part of growth story for the next three years


Experience:


1. Experience in e-commerce technology development. Or strong fundamental knowledge of mobile app ecosystem.


2. Should be looking to gain experience in driving marketing strategy in e-commerce domain.


Required Attitude:


- Must be passionate and possessive about pursuing his/her ideas.


- Should be able to disregard existing practices to implement his/her vision.


- Clarity of thought and ability to communicate without fear.


- Should be able to drive the team in an informal environment.


Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
