Business Head - Operations - eCommerce/Retail (9-17 yrs)
Job opportunity for Business Head role with leading organization for Mumbai location
Strategy & Vision :
- Design an integrated long-term strategy for the business in line with Brand positioning and revisit the same in line with changing Business Dynamics
- Set medium term targets and short-term milestones to appraise the progress in line with the long-term strategy. Monitor performances and intervene/ guide in case of deviations
- Ensure that all departments work in sync with the beauty business's vision and long-term targets.
Business Financials :
- Ensure business's top-line and bottom-line are met/ exceeded
- Keep Inventory turns, Working Capital and Cash flow in check
Product (Merchandise Planning) :
- Create appropriate processes to ensure that the merchandise is relevant and in line
- Create merchandise architecture in beauty business, review benchmark / inspirational brands and trends. Use these inputs to facilitate the design brief and evaluate the output
Marketing : Ensure that the brand Imagery is sharply carved out and appropriately conveyed to the customer
Business Development :
- Drive growth of the eCommerce (dominant channel) and retail store channel
- To enhance customer experience at various touch points and improve customer feedback scores
