Business Head - Online Marketplace

Objective of Role: To overlook the entire business and get the best practices in place.

Industry- Marketplace/ online marketplace portal

Responsibilities :

- Inform the company's directors, and working committee and present the company and business direction to all of them

- Perform and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and CHRO toward a vision of the business

- Perform to the management, Oversee operations and how cash flow is being affected, and identify various inefficiencies to aid in improving the efficiency and generating more cash flows

- Perform the company to better its customer satisfaction practices and highlight how these practices impact customer channels and operations.

- Perform on SOP's required to onboard sellers on the platform. This shall include setting up various mechanisms to ensure due diligence on the prospect member and collection of various details to ensure legal compliance.

- Perform developing marketing strategies and business development to initiate partnerships with various other platforms and distributors.

- Perform on developing the web portal with the highest security standards.

- Perform the sellers on board the platform to comply with various legal norms before the products are sold.

- Perform the company to get various licenses/permissions needed to set up the e-commerce portal.
