1) Make the company a trusted online brand in the cities it operates, enabled by a best in class technology platform

2) Expand the customer base, through increased traffic & conversions

3) Create customer engagement strategy & drive repeats, including by offering new products & services allied to auto care segment

4) Understand and disrupt the supply chain to ensure most competitive procurement

5) Make the last mile customer experience world class, enabled by innovation

6) Create a diversified B2B strategy for the commercial fleet segment, preferably by disrupting the traditional delivery model

7) Build a great team, with clear Goals

8) Lead from the front on the upcoming Series A fund raise

9) Find ways to monetise data / traffic generated through the customer engagement

10) Drive the client relationship to the next level
