Description :

- Head all the divisions for the company including Payments, Investments and Digital Lending

- Manage a team of Functional Heads in the company

- Lead multiple functions such as Credit, Sales, Risk as well as overall strategy

- Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and Credit Bureaus

- Responsible for new initiatives, strategic alliances and partnerships

Profile :

- 8-14 Years of experience in Financial Services domain of which 3-5 years of experience in Fintech

- Highly Analytic

- Strong Problem solving and Leadership skills

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India or Ivy League MBA
