Business Head - MSME Segment - Financial Firm

Looking for a Business Head MSME for a financial firm client.

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Leads and manages all activities within the sales department, inclusive of account management, operations, customer support and field marketing.

- Sets departmental KPIs and evaluates the effectiveness of the sales and collections initiatives, making appropriate changes that encourage achievement of overall sales and business targets.

- Mentor key personnel in the sales department, ensuring their constant professional growth, and assisting them in the execution of their duties where necessary

- Setting up of collections and recovery structure for the organization

- Formulation of collections / recovery policy & process

- Responsible for audit and compliance of agencies

- Compliance to regulatory requirements

Requirement :

- Experience more than 15 years

- Worked in Banks/ NBFC / Financial firms
