- Person should be able to manage Manage revenue generation, ROI (return on investment).

- Experience in Team handling.

- someone who understands the market trends, understands the competitors in the market, manages the risk, take care of the collections, Manage the sales teams and its target.

- Person should have an understanding of the P&L.

- Exposure to at least 5000 cr portfolio size in

- Good understanding of MSME / LAP / Mortgage/managing P&L.

- Should be able to Lead all the P&L aspects, Risk/product/policy with Geography expansion

- Minimum 15+ years of experience with NBFC, mortgage, home loan, loan against property and commercial vehicle loans.

- Able to handle and converse well with Sr. Management and stakeholders.
