Tentative JD:

- Business development of MSME Finance

- Defining organizational strategy for MSME business and execution of same

- Team building and manpower management

- Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery

- Ensuring excellent portfolio quality

- Business compliance and reporting

- Managing external & internal audits
