Business Head - Modern Trade/Institutional Sales - eCommerce/FMCG (5-12 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- E-Commerce Business Enhancement
- Digital Business understanding
- Responsible for digital
- Modern trade and institutional Sales
- Responsible for P&L
- Handling BTL for the relevant portfolio
- Activation and promotions to be carried out
- Understanding Brand Strategies and translating them for success in the market through proper sales execution.
- Planning budgets and effective execution of the same for maximizing the output
- Partner in Channel Development Initiatives
- Market share, Volume & Product Mix related Objectives through the Modern Trade channel
- Ensure stock availability and a timely listing of our products with the Modern Trade accounts.
- Planning and execution of all trade marketing activities for the modern trade channel, new product launches and brand promotion to get the desired brand visibility
- Organizing training / guiding for channel partners at multi-level covering all the categories
- Coordinating with the Service team for escalations from the channel
- Co-ordinate with branch sales teams on day to day basis for Purchase Orders (PO)/ Sales Return Notes (SRN), pricing and schemes launched for the modern trade channel from time to time.
- Developing the Sales and Marketing strategy for E-commerce
- Understanding competitor landscaping areas of E-Commerce
- Understanding Key Drivers, Consumer purchase behavior in E-Commerce.
