Key responsibilities: - Responsible for the P&L Management, People &amp; Process Management - Work closely with other cross functional teams such as Finance, Technology, Data Science, HR and Marketing. - In conjunction with other functions, monitor and direct the sales, operations, collections marketing and technical support activities of the product - Leadership and management of the sales, collections, Operations, technology, marketing, stake holder management - Work with Data Science, Product and Tech to agree positioning strategies for the product lines - Through the in-depth understanding of customer needs, identify new opportunities and markets Desired profile: - Should have at least 14 years of experience in Microfinance segment managing Sales and Operation in a leadership capacity - Exposure to Fintech would be an added advantage
