Role/Position : Business Head-Merchant Cash Advance
Core Purpose of Role : Formulate market cash advance business strategy for a fintech through product / service differentiation.
Experience : 8-12 years of relevant experience . Should be very strong on Product knowledge
Education Qualification : MBA from Tier I institute.
Location :Gurgaon
Offered CTC : 30-35 Lacs p.a.
Areas of Responsibility :
- Act as Thought Leader and Subject Matter Expert in Merchant Cash Advance Business building Products and Processes around this segment.
- Responsible for developing, directing and monitoring associated channels, anchors, partners etc. associated with loan acquisition activities.
- Operate as a start-up to work with all stakeholders and partners.
- Develop the team continuously across business.
- Managing Sales and Acquisition costs and its impact on the overall profitability.
- Setup the Eco system for Sales Management/ Relationship Management for the Merchant Cash Advance business
- Take complete ownership of setting up the business vertical.
