Hiring for a very well known company in Muscat, Oman.

Position: Business Head

Qualification: MBA

- Impacting organization's profitability through effective strategic and tactical management decisions

- Benchmarking with market and competition to understand available opportunities, markets trends & quality standards, range and performance of products/brands

- Scouting places, finalising, negotiating and executing agreements.

- Revenue generation through new account development & key account management

- Working closely with PR agency to increase the brand visibility.

- Planning Digital marketing campaigns & specialty denim tie ups & roll outs.

- Responsible for maintaining the P&L of the company. Budgeting, forecasting, allocation of funds on various head, from raw material to operational expenses to marketing to R&D.

- Defining the exact marketing process & responsible for executing the same Preparing regional marketing calendar.

- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers, etc.

- Streamlining the system & procedures for material control towards ensuring a ready availability of materials; implementing systems for avoiding situations like over-stocking/out-of-stock which causes production & financial losses

- Provide necessary training to sales team as & when needed

- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team

- Finalising & executing all the legal agreements, along with legal cell.

- Responsible for payments and allocation of funds. Fund Management is very critical job.

- Working closely with sourcing team, in terms of continuous improvement on product by enhancing the quality and experience

- To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies.
