Business Head - LAP/Business Loan - NBFC Startup

Urgently hiring for the profile of Business Head- LAP/Business Loan with a newly startup NBFC.

Required candidate, currently working in LAP or BL product

Base location: Mumbai

Reporting to: CEO

Purpose of the Job :

Set-up and run the business of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Unsecured Loans for the organization. Building team, identifying target geographies, enrolling vendors and cross-selling other products of the organization.

Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions) :

- Business development

- Defining organizational strategy for LAP & Unsecured business and execution of same

- Team building and manpower management

- Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery

- Ensuring excellent portfolio quality

- Business compliance and reporting

- Managing external & internal audits

Required Job Specifications:

Educational Qualification : MBA/ CA

Technical Qualifications : Any Graduate, B.Tech./ B.Com. Preferred

Specific Skills : Secured loans against property. Unsecured loans to corporate/ individuals

Relevant Experience : Minimum 10-12 years (mostly in LAP & Unsecured loans)
