The Search is for a turnaround Manager who would be able to do the following:

- Increase productivity in the operations since potential exists.

- Interact with workforce of 5000 for effective employee relations in firm and fair manner which would be the defining advantage..

- Increase the profitability as per discussion and decision of the Board.

- Leverage the usage of land bank of over 40 acres.

- Recruit team who would work on achieving aggressive targets of performance.

- Create performance monitoring system and review with the Board.

- The incumbent depending on performance would be elevated as per the decision of the Board.

- Experience in Jute /Textile industry and working in eastern region is preferred.

- The track record would be of a hard nosed achiever of results taking the employees along with.
