Business Head - IT Services - Aviation/Airlines

We are looking for a Business Head for a leading IT Product & Services organization

Designation: Vice President

Reporting: President - Aviation Business

Location: Trivandrum / Kochi / Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- New client acquisition and existing relationship management

- Help the organization in building up the service offerings for the aviation industry

- Manage and lead the cross functional teams with a span of control in the excess of 1500+ FTEs

- Manage existing P&L and grow it Y-O-Y

Experience:

- 20+ years of Sales and Account Management experience

- Experience selling IT services and solutions to Aviation / Airline industry

- Consultative / Solution selling experience

- New Client Acquisition and Account Management (Hunting & Farming)

- Successful track record of negotiating multi-million $ deals

- Leading and managing high performing sales and relationship management teams

- Experience of having worked with cross-functional teams to devise customized IT solutions for the clients

- Experience of having led domain consulting services will be an added advantage

- Should be aggressive, client-centric and result oriented
