Business Head - IT Security Business (12-20 yrs)
- Will be responsible for Revenue Growth Plan by leading organization to Strategic solution centric mind-set.
- Implementing business Development Plans and Leading Project /Solution Sales business by strengthening the existing business relationship as well as significant contributing for new alliances and tie-ups.
- Leading and Managing Budget (ABP) and maintaining Revenues and EBITDA - Delivering Volumes, Growing revenue and optimizing profits.
- Manage turnkey Project Execution with overall Project Management.
- Leading all the planning cycles (Strategic Planning, Yearly Operating Plan/Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, Weekly Sales Flash Reports, etc.) with utmost care, high level of accuracy and thorough understanding of the business dynamics.
- Will be accountable for Project executions by nurturing/building strong high performing execution team and monitoring their progress.
- Develop Recurring revenue model strategically through AMC Business.
- Responsible for Technology Security Business P&L, Strategy for Growth, diversification.
- Skilled in Forecasting Sales/Market and identifying & Formulating Strategies to Exploit Business Opportunities.
- Will be accountable for business Solution Architecture ,Project -Designing of solution and design estimations
- Spearheading end-to-end presales Solutions for clients and partners
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the marketing, Presales Retail, Sales, Operations, and Finance and Customer services teams and address stakeholder concerns.
- Leading Bid Management & Tendering for Projects and also be Responsible for National Expansion Plan.
