The role will support the company's operations, Product Development and Customer Success activities globally, and serve as an anchor point for product expertise within the region. The most critical requirement of the role is product understanding and technology maturity and supporting the investment thesis. The role requires partnering with other stakeholders to achieve transformational success, by improving the technology organization and processes. Requirements &amp; Qualifications&nbsp;: - 15+ years of experience in IT Product Development and Delivery business. - Experience in managing a Technology Captive Centre. (Telecom Industry exposure&nbsp;preferred) - Background in business thought leadership, knowledge in the areas of organizational culture, change management, and managing people. - Experience of managing large teams. - Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done - Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and scale up - Possesses a thorough knowledge of engaging with business partners. - Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed and virtual environment and can deal comfortably with global stakeholders.
