- Design Sales & Marketing strategies to increase Market share and Profitability, Set Sales, Technical Sales & Marketing strategies, budgetary forecasts, sales volume targets and product pricing terms.

- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive business through B2B channel and alternate channels.

- Leadership of Sales Development Function

- To effectively manage sale force by developing, executing, and monitoring of annual Sales plan & roadmap for Europe and US market.

- Monitoring sales teams efficient delivery-collection activities.

- Conducting Product market fit stage

- Sales as outreach and building up the whole strategy from 0.

- Marketing as using the best channels for our product.

- Market and competitor analysis
