ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Head , your role will comprise of the following:

1. P&L ownership: You will own the P&L end to end delivering on growth and margin in the business. You will work closely with performance marketing day to day, ensuring. the business continues to grow its customer base. In parallel, you will be responsible to more effectively target existing users and increase the share of wallet from existing customers, who drive the lion's share of revenue.

2. Consumer, brand, marketing, traffic: You'll be responsible to proactively build the brand through conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and defining brand strategy.

3. Vendor, merchandising, and product operations: You will work with a large team of sourcing experts and category managers to refine the business model

4. Business Vision: You need to be able to think full stack about the business from demand to supply. The role demands being highly instinctive and getting it right.

- You will partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to think creatively and critically about the business vision.

- You will proactively own the forward-looking Product roadmap for the next 12-18 months ensuring investments are made in the right areas.

- You will be in charge of operating the business day to day, ensuring the trains run on tie.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. Strong P&L experience with exposure to digital performance marketing in an online technology business

2. Experience in partnering with Product organizations, working with product teams and influencing the roadmap

3. 15+ years of relevant hands-on experience as an operator managing people and teams


4. Deep expertise in supply or demand with an ability to inspire people from different backgrounds

5. Startup experience, or prior entrepreneurship experience is a plus

6. Bachelor / Master's degree in business or engineering

Required Skills:

1. A "driver" personality - biased toward action, great collaborator, and master disambiguator/simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery

2. Grittiness - you never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away

3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to marry instinct with data and metrics to hone understanding

4. A never-ending desire to grow and learn
