Business Head - International Sales - Spare Parts (20-28 yrs)
Urgent requirement for Business Head at Middle East with minimum 20-28 years of relevant experience in large sized automobile or auto-ancillary companies.
- The ideal candidate should be currently heading the international sales, handling large markets or volume and a large team of professionals in a reputed organization.
- Exposure to international business is a must. Must have exposure to after sales service market and from Tyre, Lubricants, Auto Ancillaries or Engineering companies. Age within 48-54.
- The position shall be responsible for the overall management of the Spare Parts division, including top line / bottom line growth & market share.
- To develop and implement comprehensive & innovative sales & marketing strategies / activities of spare parts division as a Profit Centre and to achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment.
- To ensure high market share by maximizing sales through strategic and innovative marketing schemes.
- Ordering and inventory management, pricing, promotional activities, close liaison with Principals etc., will be important aspects of the role.
- Identifying new markets, expansion of product lines and evolving innovative sales & marketing tools will be very important.
- We prefer candidates working as National Head of Parts from any of the top vehicle manufactures with handling international assignments or exports.
