Business Head - Intellectual Property Services - IT Enabled Service Industry

Looking for someone who can manage delivery and lead sales & marketing/business development

Job Responsibilities -

- Revenue and P&L Management:

- Achieve quarterly and annual Business plan targets through new client acquisition and existing client management.

- Manage and control direct costs and maintain gross margin

- Operations Management - Manage Client, People and Process

- Key account Management

- New project transition and implementation

- Ability to retain and provide career progression to key employees

- Ensure quality deliveries are made to customers consistently

- Ability to bring improvements in processes by bringing in new ideas

Required Skills -

- Should have min 12 experience of operations in IT enabled service industry out of which the latest experience should be in IP services.

- Graduate/ LLB having certification in Intellectual Property

- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and Team management skills.

- Ability to manage line of business with core team
