Business Head - Industrial Automation Machine

1.Develop a strategy and execution plan to grow the business of AI based Industrial Automation Machine and develop viable business model & price optimization

2 Manage and lead the execution of Industrial Automation Machine opportunity into operational projects: define the customer requirements, identify gaps and work with Product management on roadmap planning, manage project activities, work with the customer on the project execution

3 Develop and implement scalable operational processes and integrated systems to drive team efficiency, accurate management reporting and visibility

4 Own all KPI data sources and reporting for the team, ensuring data integrity and business needs are being met efficiently

5 Analyze internal and external data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement

6 Build, hire & work closely with the sales, marketing, growth & product team ensuring their success through providing effective decisions

7 Own communication of new processes and procedures and ensure effective adoption by internal stakeholders (e.g. preparing clear documentation, facilitating training sessions as needed, etc.)

8 Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programs/processes are identified or issues arise

9 Develop and maintain the regular communication cadences across the team

10 Taking appropriate remedial actions to redress shortfalls or variances to agreed targets

11 Identifying and reacting appropriately to competitor activity
