Business Head - India - Industrial Products Manufacturing Firm (18-25 yrs)

Base location Bangalore
Looking for an Industrial products manufacturing global organization.
Overview:
We are looking for a Senior manager whose pro-activeness and strong result-orientation skills will significantly grow-up the sales and profit results in the region; who's client orientation and effective communication will bring new Customers and that will impact the total Region yearly performance; who will be a strong mentor for the Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage P&L and Growth activities within a region.
- Specifically manage the development of key accounts, distributors and export (if any) in the region.
- Set the region's performances targets in line with directives from the global organization.
- Ensure that market intelligence is fed globally and regional Business Plans are successfully executed at the Region level.
- Ensure that the regional resources are utilized effectively.
- Drive local and global initiatives for profitable growth.
Qualifications:
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi is mandatory.
- Fluent English - will give a firm integration into corporate reporting, communication and Country support on the corporate level.
Education Requirements
- Obligatory higher education - will give a business literacy in all aspects, the ability to communicate on various levels and topics, to represent properly on the market.
- Desired MBA studies - will give the ability to competently evaluate all business processes and all activities of the Company on the market.
Experience Requirements
Total experience-18-25 Years.
- 5+ years on a General Management / Sales Leadership position
- 5+ years within sales team management, selection and training.
- Control of activity of distributors and key accounts;
- Price control and territorial policy in the region;
- Organization regional clients base, identifying potential partners, negotiating with key clients; control of accounts receivables; budget management. Planning and analytic volumes of sales of distributors; development of structure and technical base of distributors;
- Supervision of the key functions (accounting, logistics, warehouse, service, administrative).
- Administrative supervision of the local Legal Entity, as its Head.
Mobility & Travel Requirements - Readiness to travel up-to 2 weeks per month
