Business Head - Incubated Digital Venture

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The company is looking for Business Heads/Leaders to join then to set-up and run their upcoming digital ventures.

As a Business Head/Business Leader, the person will be responsible for:

- Lead the business unit and team

- Roll-out and run the business and be responsible for the P&L

- Hire, manage and retain high-performance teams

DESIRABLE WORK EXPERIENCE

- Strong operating experience in consumer internet, FMCG or strategy consulting organizations.

- Hands-on brand management and digital marketing experience.

- Experience in business development and growing a business

- Familiar with the strategy consulting toolkit and with strategic planning

- Hands-on experience and understanding of using data and analytics in decision-making

- Demonstrable leadership experience

- Experience of founding/co-founding a start-up or being in the early team is a huge plus.

- A minimum working experience of 8 years

EDUCATION

Ideally, a masters degree in business from a well recognized Indian or global institute along with a bachelors degree in any stream from a top Indian or global university.
