A Leading Diversified group is looking out Head of Business GCC for their HVAC Business to manage and grow Air management business for the entire GCC Market to be based at Dubai, UAE.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

1. Manage the Sales Team for the GCC markets,

2. Manage and Grow the network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants and air solutions to become the preferred choice in HVAC industry,

3. Identify, appoint, and develop new channels in chosen markets,

4. Implement strategies and initiatives to increase business and grow market share

5. Implement strategies and initiatives to develop the business for UAE,

6. Be accountable and manage revenue and gross margin budgets set,

7. Collect and report on market activities and competitor actions in the region,

8. Report on monthly basis on market activities and sales results,

9. Monthly forecasting as well as preparation of the annual budget,

10. Supports the debtor collection function,

11. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Specification :

- Degree in a business or engineering related subject desirable, with 18-25 yrs experience

- Professional sales training e.g. SPIN and Strategic Selling, Minimum 5 years of sales management and leadership experience within the UAE of technical capital sales solutions into the construction industry is a must,

- Minimum 5 years of sales management and leadership experience within the UAE of technical capital sales solutions into the construction industry is a must,

- Knowledge of HVAC & UAE market is a must,

- Having experience managing a third-party distributor network is a plus,

- Data management expertise e.g. use of CRM systems,

- Fluent in English both in speech and writing,

- Arabic spoken is a plus,

- Driving license is a must
