Business Head - Home Loan (12-15 yrs)
The Individual :
For this role we require candidates to have proven consumer business acumen and leadership skills.
1) Manage all Business and Operations Related to Home Loan
2) Build Home Loan Business from Scratch including identifying prospective customers from Site
3) Responsible to build large book of Home Loan Disbursal
4) Think, Conceptualize and Execute the Business Plan for Home Loan in conjunction with other stakeholders
5) Incumbent should be handling National Role for Past 3+ Yrs in Mortgage Home Loan category , This is an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders in the organization and drive business excellence through execution of targeted projects.
6) Engagement of key stakeholders across TeleSalesTeam, Field Sales, Credit Operations, Product and Marketing Function
Education/Professional qualifications :
- We are seeking a high caliber individual to maintain our exceptional standards.
- MBA from a reputed B School.
- History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements.
The Requisites :
- A strong Home Loan business acumen .
- Has good years of experience in driving and managing P&L responsibility of Home Loan business.
- Experience in strategic functional role of managing high-performing teams
- Problem solving experience - Research and analytics + presentation storyboarding experience
