A young Start-up in the Healthcare space with one of its kind, unique cloud based vision diagnostic and therapy product software organization. Founded by leading Health Practitioners and Tech experts.
The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):
As the Business Head, to grow a new company with a differentiated product offering in the healthcare segment.
a) Defining the overall strategy and plan from launch to scale
b) Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies for exponential growth
c) Driving day-to-day operations
d) Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales and product
e) Reporting updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
f) Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network
g) Reporting updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
Reporting to : Board of Directors
The Person (Candidate Details):
A) Experience :
i) Age : 42 - 52 years
ii) MBA from premier institute
iii) Should have handled P&L responsibilities at CEO level with minimum 5+ years
iv) Prior working experience in developing digital healthcare products and solutions will be preferred.
v) Entrepreneurial / Start up experience is desirable.
B) Competencies :
i) Leadership / People Management / Commercial skills
ii) Excellent Communication Skills
iii) Start-up, Scale up, Building a business
iv) Assertive, Independent Go-getter, High drive & energy
