Business Head - Healthcare/Pharma - Internet

The person will own the P&L for NCR with a key focus on growth. He / she will:

- Own the complete P&L responsibility for the city across all business lines.

- Drive-up growth and take suitable city-specific and hyperlocal marketing/growth activities

- Improve customer engagement, delight and retention

- Maintain and grow city profitability

- Ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Mentor and lead the city team to drive outcomes

- Be the face of Organisation for all stakeholders in the city

An ideal candidate would have:

- 8+ years of experience

- 3+ years of experience in a P&L ownership role

- 2+ years of experience in Delhi NCR

- Experience in driving geography-specific growth initiatives

- Experience in launching new markets / products would be useful

- Ecommerce / Startup experience would be an added advantage

- Strong Analytical and Communication skills

- Experience leading large teams

- Education: Masters preferred (MBA not mandatory, but good to have)
