- To set up a new business in the now chosen geography of Karnataka

- To start with, Gold Loan and drive strategic initiatives within the team to foray into other areas going forward.

- Can step into higher roles after successfully establishing and running in the state, now assigned to the satisfaction of the management and achieving the targets /action plans

Job Description

- Will be identifying locations and setting up branches in the assigned geography, and identifying suitable recruits to run the business as per the company's policies and suitable for the chosen geography.

- Will be in charge of drawing long-term as well as annual action plans / deploying/putting in place micro elements /KRA for business-critical functions to align with overall business plans

- Analyse and develop key development areas

- Work with functional heads & other Business leaders in the business role to do periodic reviews for attaining annual action plans /targets.

- Build internal capabilities to achieve long-term as well as annual action plans and budgets

- Benchmark best practices adopted to define excellence and achieve in specified time frames

- Plan an organization structure, identify suitable hands so as to effectively lead Branch heads and others to align staffing and resource allocation for the business needs.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for gold loan products, including the doorstep gold loan product immediately and later other areas.

- Oversee the performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Preparation of review reports, review decks and getting into discussions with the Management Team D periodically with an aim to achieve the plan set.

Qualifications: Master's degree or MBA - can be relaxed in suitable cases

Experience:

- 10 to 15 years' experience should be in the role of a leader for managing around 100 branches.

- Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively and execute at all levels.

- Proven ability to work with complex strategic projects.

- Ability to analyse strategic priorities and convert them into actionable quantitative plans to execute.

- Team leader, having leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple shareholders.
