POSITION DESCRIPTION : - Collaborate with the CEO driving organizational vision and culture across the entire organisation. Assist the CEO and CFO in setting the annuals budget and plans, lead in tracking and course correcting on an ongoing basis to deliver on quarterly and annual topline and bottom-line targets.&nbsp; - Will be involved in all P&amp;L forecasting exercises for the company (at-least 4 times a year), sign-off on hiring, appraisals, and cost efficiencies across all businesses.&nbsp; - Work with the New Business team to plan new business development across all Business Units. Non-financial KPIs include - Industry Vertical thought leadership and dominance, cross training and career pathing for talent, fluid movement of talent between clients in an industry vertical and also between industry verticals.&nbsp; - Responsible for client quality assurance, retention, operational excellence, and client profitability. Mentorship and leadership to all Director and VP's in capability and business roles. HIRING PROFILE : - Full time MBA from premier institute (only IIMs) with approximately 14-18 years of experience, including some in top tier management consulting firms. This is mandatory. Rest may be in marketing, sales, ideally in consumer facing businesses in FMCG/durable/BFSI/telecom/internet/consumer tech.&nbsp; - Strong revenue and profitability focus, with an ability to track business metrics on a regular basis. Financial analysis, budgeting experience necessary.&nbsp; - Must have led multifunctional teams of significant size in high growth environments. Deep comfort with CXO level relationships. Solid evidence of being contemporary and leading edge in digital.
