- To review distributors ROI and thereby ensuring healthy earnings and also meet channel margin objectives.
- To lead the Business Plan, for rapid business growth in Retail Distribution, Modern Trade and Ecommerce.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends.
- To create Metro and mini Metro penetration/coverage plan and thereby achieving it through innovative distribution models.
- To create the plans and team to rapidly grow the Modern trade channel
Education & Experience :
- MBA from a well-regarded Institute with experience with 10 to 15 years in successful FMCG / OTC Pharma companies of repute.
- E-Commerce experience a plus.
- Preferred Age : 32-38
