Business Head - FMCG/FMCD

Position based at Bangalore

Experience Required : 10-15 years

Role and Responsibilities :

- Incumbent will be heading the business with P&L accountability. Ensure Revenue target exceeds or are achieved.

- Enlarge the footprint by launching new stores (own and franchise owned)-crack new geographies/territories, acquisition strategies etc.

- Responsible for Inventory Planning, pricing and margin management.

- Responsible for Stakeholder Management

- Manage all aspects of retail stores including manpower planning and store profitability.

Experience and Competencies Required :

- Graduate/Postgraduate from Premium B-School with 10-15 years of experience in heading sales for a region/business.

- Proven experience of achieving targets in retail driven business.

- Strong understanding of retail and franchise business.
