Business Head - FMCG (12-15 yrs)
One of our premium clients is looking for a business head, to be based at Mumbai. The company is into distribution of liquor beverages, and is a market leader, in its segment.
The ideal candidate would have between 12 to 15 years of sales experience, preferably in a FMCG/liquor company.
He would have the following skills:
- In-depth understanding of the Sales function and the ability to convert brand plans into implementable trade marketing plans.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation and to motivate people to execute on the strategy
- Strong People Management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- He will drive the global brand positioning and brand building programs into effective local marketing programs.
- He will Initiate and ensure effective negotiation of commercial contracts and service agreements with key customers including annual support contracts, branding & visibility, promotional activations and other commercial terms.
- Plan and develop sales & marketing strategies for business in the Indian domestic market defining recommended strategies to deliver a profitable and successful business.
Compensation offered for this position would be 25 to 30 lakhs p.a.
