Business Head - FMCG

- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote attainment of goals

- To Evaluate new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities

- To oversee the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees; and ensure that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals

- To make judgement and decisions regarding profit and loss for the whole organization

- To ensure that the resources are fulfilled effectively and efficiently to achieve the objectives

- To look/supervise overall functions such as Sales & marketing, Collections, logistics etc.

- To make Profit and loss decisions for the overall organization in coordination with the Management.

- Drive Sales plan to achieve month and quarter priorities of the channel/region

- Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis

- Must have experience on team management

- Desired Candidate should be a graduate, Age Limit 35yrs - 45 yrs
