Business Head - Responsible for building a strong team to achieve Business Objective., He/ She will review and monitor the productivity/ outcome and motivate teams to deliver agreed targets. He will be assisted by Managers- Operations, Sales, Retention, Customer Care and Support Functions of entire SBU. - Plan and Execute - Targets for the Qtr, Month, week and day; these targets are linked to Customer acquisition under different plans, Retention and improvement in ACB by reducing Churn and implementing plans for winback. - Road shows, product launch, multi-media campaign to ensure consistent inflow of leads - Improve the 'hit rate' for lead closure - Network Expansion to cover new building clusters, High Level Liaison for ROU-Govt /Private - Sales Promotion Schemes for Customers- Direct and IDC - Developing IDC Network, Agreements and monitoring the performance of Channels - Monitor and ensure SBU P & L target Performance Monitoring & Review - Daily- Leads, Sales, Installations, Churn, Renewals, Winback, Open TTs, Node Outages, Stock Levels (to prevent stock outs), Daily Progress Report of OFC, HFC, Cat5 Cabling against target and slippages - Attendance and Leaves, Staff on night shifts, weekly or Compensatory Off - People productivity and target linked incentives - Employees' welfare, HSSE , Quality Policy Co-ordination - In constant touch with Head of various Functions at Corporate to implement desired policies and programs at Locatio Levels effectively and re-align the location Team with business objectives, Training and Development of Staff, Network Expansions, Repair & Maintenance of Office Equipment, Facilities e.t.c. Other Important Responsibilities - Crisis Management (e.g. Outage management), Disaster (e.g. large drop in ACB) management and Business Continuity (e.g. developing second line for all key roles) - Managing Conflicts- Inter-functional/ Interpersonal to ensure healthy eco-system at locations - Opex Optimization and Savings (Selling expenses, power, admin, Repair & Maintenance, wastage control, e'g. optimizing costs like drop cabling per Customer etc) - Revenue Growth by Increasing ARPU and ACB - Market Intelligence- Completion and their Offerings, schemes offered by competition and help the Corporate Team to formulate effective strategies - Customer Satisfaction Skills : - Excellent people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Internal matrix reporting - Stress management & Highly enthusiastic - Multitasking - Analytical and goal oriented work habits Parameters: - Age Band: 35-40 Years
