- Plan, develop and implement strategies for operational management and development in order to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales (covering relevant areas of operation - e.g. manufacturing, distribution, systems administration and enhancement)
- Play a lead role for Group Manufacturing operations & New Projects.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development of manufacturing and cultural improvement
- Monitor measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements
- Give suggestions and advise management for making key changes in planning of various issues and business decisions.
- Ensure activities meet organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal framework, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Supervise quality control of various activities with regards to product manufacturing and other trading activities.
- Training and knowledge transfer to enhance the skills and capability of operation team.
- Demonstrate competence in handling team building activities and motivating the teams to adopt a high performance culture.
- Monitor and review the impact of external environmental factors on the company's business and articulate responses in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Any other duties as assigned by Chairman/Board of Directors.
- P&L management to balance the delivery of results against the realities of a budget, problem solving, project management, and creative resourcefulness.
- Development and planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance, information systems, human resources & administrations, Business development etc.
- Develop & maintain key relations with Customers, Government agencies, Suppliers and other Serve as the internal leader of the organization
- Coordinate the annual operations plan and budget.
- Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organization
- Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence; bridge national and regional operations and support an open-door policy among all staff.
