- PGDM/MBA from premier B school's viz. ISB, IIM, MDI, XLRI, etc. only

- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 30 LPA would NOT be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of NCR.

Company Brief:

The Company has decided to enter into Fintech business and has planned to invest big in this business and are looking for experienced people and qualified and have handled similar roles in good trading organisations . They are expected to drive this business as a profit centre unit and create further infrastructure for the same.

Job Role Vision :

- As Business Head will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contracts and generating new opportunities.

- S/He will be responsible for achieving targets at an individual level & the objectives set by the company.

- Will be responsible to manage large scale operations across the Indian market.

- Develop strategies for growth and retention of business for the region through awareness of the local market and competitor activities.

- To achieve budgeted individual and collective targets of the sales and servicing team

- Keen market insight to preempt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly

JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative Only) :

- Build a strong content base digital platform

- Work with marketing team to create and run digital campaigns for customer acquisitions within budget

- Build a team to to help & assist customers

- Achieve P&L

- Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel and steady acquisition of new clients to meet high growth targets for the region

- Mapping industry/verticals to ensure in-depth coverage

- Develop deep relations with the senior management/CXO level at the corporate client contacts

- Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share

- Keen market insight to preempt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly

- To achieve budgeted individual target for the respective products & services for India

- B2B lending space for commodities sector clients
