Business Head - FinTech Firm

We are fintech disrupting credit market in India.

Position : Head of Business

Location : Bangalore

Education : CA / ICWAI/ MBA

You will be driving PnL of our company. Involved in setting up process and driving operations on day to day basic. Your key contribution will impact on Business Strategy/Partnerships and Financial Metrics.

This position will support the CEO/ Board with business decisions, lending partnerships and strategy initiatives including:

- Owning and driving business roadmap

- Leading business towards profitability

- Working with the board to track and manage reports

- Developing and implementing strategies for raising debt capital

- Supporting other initiatives like credit card partnership with banks

You should be:

- Having Finance relevant education background. Preferable (CA / ICWAI/ MBA)

- 8+ years of experience in either the financial services industry or consulting

- 4+ years of people management experience

- 3+ years of credit card product/risk management experience

- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels

- Entrepreneur background or fintech experience is value added
