Currently it caters to various categories such as Basic Foods, Ready to Eat Meals, Snacks, Beverages, Personal Hygiene Care and Home Care.
The variety of brands in this division manages the entire process of creation of formulations, branding strategy, product design and development, packaging, quality control and marketing.
Location : Dubai
Qualification : MBA /Equivalent post graduate qualifications in management from a Tier 1 or 2 Institution
Must Have :
- A solid sales professional with at least 5 years of P&L management experience.
- Previously managed & achieved significant company customer acquisition / sales numbers & revenue targets for a competitive segment
- Clients contacts in MENA & Asia markets with both corporates, distributors & agencies
- Successfully grown sales for a brand with proven track record of achievements & bringing sales transformation
Key Deliverables :
- Develop & execute the long-term Category, Sales & Distribution strategy & Annual Sales Plan in line with the overall company strategy in MENA and Asia regions
- Lead and Oversee Sales and Distribution for organisation in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asia regions
- Responsible for individual targets by way of generating business through new clients/leads &also servicing event needs of the existing clients & up selling to them.
- Ensure seamless client interfacing with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
- Developing relationships with key customers, influencers and partners in our target regions
- Hold P&L Accountability for entire Export division in Dubai
- Actively work towards bringing down the cost of sales and distribution activities
- Build and coach a team to drive growth and expansion of company's brands in the MENA and Asia regions
- Lead and motivate subordinates for timely accomplishment of goals/targets
- Develop and nurture relationships of trust with a portfolio of customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Formulate and execute Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
- Build capability of the team at all levels including hiring & retaining quality & scalable talent in line with talent management principles
